Sprout Baby + (Baby Tracker) App Reviews

Been using for almost 2 month! Love the way you can keep track of feedings, diapers, growth, inmunizations, medications and more. If you like numbers and keeping track of things, this app if for you! Love that you can keep your milestones. The only down is that it needs a bug fix urgently since it always takes you to the sleep tracker.

I had the Pregnancy app by Sprout and loved it. This one is even better- it will save you when youre trying to track feed times/amounts and diaper counts. Especially in the middle of the night with one eye open. The memories section is great, because you will totally forget the exact date of the babys first coo and smile... Worth every dollar.

This used to be a great app. Now its a disaster. Previous entries randomly change their duration, so that my baby will show that hes been asleep for days. Feedings suddenly take half a day. And these are all entries that were originally correct. This happens several times a day. Please fix it!

I love this app. It is incredibly helpful; however, after every update something else doesnt work. They fix one issue and another pops up. I appreciate they fixed it always going to the sleep timer, but now we cant select the diaper detail option whether its mixed or poopy. The update also messed up our sleep history by changing some of her sleep times so that on past days it said she slept for 6 days, 10 days, and 3 weeks Seriously, just test it before you put it out.

(Edit 1/18/16): Ugh. Using this app is like whack-a-mole, but discovering bug after bug after bug. This latest update doesnt allow you to add a new diaper change by using any of the 3 options - you can only add a record by adding a missed one. If I wasnt so invested in using this app for this long, or it was easy to transfer my records to another app, I would have transferred long ago. Guys… cmon. (Edit 12/09/15): I used to be very happy with this app - not anymore. The updates have made using this more and more cumbersome. There are more and more bugs as time goes on. I share this app with my husband, and instead of being able to hand off creating an saving records between ourselves, his saves just mess up the records Ive made - for example, it makes feedings jump from 20 minutes to 5 hours, or adds multiple days to a sleeping time. Terrible! Steer clear! (Edit 4/14/15): Agree with previous posters. The last update broke the app. I followed the instructions but was unable to retrieve my records. I already emailed support but have yet to hear back for a solution. -------- We are generally very pleased with this app. It is very comprehensive and it is great to be able to start something on one device and update it from another. Some suggestions: - The ability to customize your home screen to immediately see your selected items to track (for example, I would like to see the last fed, diaper and sleep). If my child was sick, I could change that to the last medication given, or add another activity. - The ability to enter numbers using a telephone-like keypad instead of scrolling through times from 0-60. Thanks!

We are pleased that premie setting was added to include adjusted age and that we can sync between mom and dads phones but I wish it was easier to navigate for multiples. I dont want to have to enter the same information for both twin.

Every update fixes one problem and breaks two other functions

Lost all my data not once, but twice. I am not satisfied with alternative apps out there, so I really hope the developers fix the glitches ASAP. For now, I would not recommend this app.

Baby connect is by far the best way to track your babies daily routine. This app Sprouts is the worst. Does not give enough details, not a clean open face. Very limited things to input. If I could give no stars I would.

Finally, its fully-functioning! My wife and I are thrilled to be able to stay in sync with each other with this handy app for tracking the babys goings-on. And I think that this update finally halted the pattern of new bugs being introduced with each previous update. Now we can finally track diaper changes again without jumping through hoops...thank you!

Waste of time. We depended on this app for months. Tired of backups and restoring, only for timers to stop working again. Maybe its okay if you use one device, but multiple device sync breaks frequently. Previous Review: Bugs in iOS 9 cause issues with syncing across multiple devices. Our feeding records are pretty messed up as the timers create wildly incorrect times. Export via email does not work. Also the app does not fully support 6, 6s, 6+, 6s+. App is zoomed in. Previous Review: Wife and I have used this app across three iOS devices for a few weeks. We almost used Google Sheets, but this app has a better interface for this type of data. The ease of data entry (and visualization) makes the app well worth the price. Recommended to all new parents.

I absolutely love this app and use it for nearly all things related to caring for my baby. I got it a week after he was born and wish Id gotten it earlier! It wonderfully and easily tracks everything we needed to track and synced great between our phones. The pediatrician was very impressed with what we were able to share with her using the app during our first visits. While the feeding tracker is an essential part of my daily functioning, I also love all the details we can track in the medical tracker. I cant imagine caring for my baby without this app. I give it my highest recommendation.

With the latest update. Sprout has shown me that not only do they listen to their users, but that they act on what theyve heard! This app is the absolute best app for tracking all kinds of things for infants and toddlers! With the syncing options, my wife and I are able to keep an up to the minute record of feedings, diaper changed, growth trackers, medicine taken, sleep records, and a a whole bunch more! This app is a must have for parents with infants and toddlers!

I cant even say enough good things about this app. It has everything you need for tracking all of babys meals, diapers, sleeps, pump sessions, and a great area for tracking milestones and activity time. If you need to use dads phone it seamlessly picks up what you started from the first phone. Even if youre right in the middle of a feeding. If you havent downloaded this app yet then I feel sorry for you! I would gladly pay more for this app as its content and use is invaluable!!!

When youre completely tired from a crazy sleep schedule, this app can really help you remember what the baby has done, especially if a pediatrician is asking. I havent used the csv export option yet, but I was happy to know Sprout thought of it.

Great app that allows my husband and I to keep track of DS feedings and diapers.

The tools are great - the implementation is horrible. I have just spent the last five minutes trying to click on the food tracker without much luck. Aaaargh!!! Fix the bugs folks!

Great app. I love how easy it is to track my babys feedings and diaper changes! Its the only app I use constantly! Love it!

So helpful to have multiple family members keep track of everything with baby.
